At Vanilla, the safety of our clients and team is our priority, so we will be introducing a number of protocols to ensure that everyone who enters the salon has a safe experience.
Patch Testing
Due to the length of time that salons have been closed, a fresh patch test is required 48 hours in advance of any colour treatments.
Personal Protective Equipment
We will provide PPE for all visitors. Please note that masks must be worn by all clients during the entire duration of your appointment.
Come Alone
Only clients with appointments will be allowed in the salon. Please do not bring children or others to your appointment.
No Refreshments
At this time, we cannot provide tea or coffee.
Wait Outside
Please call our reception to check in for your appointment time and we will let you know when it is safe to enter.
Hygiene
All clients must use salon provided hand sanitiser as soon as you enter the salon. Your personal belongings will be placed in a bag upon arrival. Your phone must also be sanitised and wipes will be provided.
